Expenditures and Trip Log

This small notepad was used by Laurie Bubbett to track his expenses as well as a log for a trip from Estero to Tabor South Carolina. The daybook is much like the other in the collection. Laurie lists his expenses and income, day by day. Entries of note include the price of gasoline at 18.5 cents per gallon and the trip to Tampa at about 40 mph. Laurie notes one section of Road 40 through South Carolina, saying it was "...almost uninhabited territory, except for negro population that is apparently the same as it was when they were freed..."
