Scope & Content:
[Note: the letter attached is dated 12/19/1898.] Teed begins; "I have written to General Wall to take charge of whatsoever legal business arises in Estero or Myers." Teed talks about other legal activity. He says; "Walter A. Mickle[?] has telegraphed me to send him one hundred dollars retainer for us against [Frank] Jackson and his pal..." Teed closes the letter by saying; "Tell John Sargent I keep him in thought and I hope in the near future to give him further encouragement by my presence in Estero."
