Reads, "Charlie died Sunday. The funeral was Tuesday at 12 at the house and out[?] at the Church at Teed Ville. John is going to Walton and I must inclose [sic] this. Perhaps I have [?] it maked me feel so sad when I was at the little girls funeral. C. took me to the village..." Much of the fragment is illegible, written in pencil.
