Title:
My Dear George — Letter to George Hunt — Chicago to Estero — January 20, 1899
Scope & Content:
Teed encourages Hunt by saying, "I have put in a great deal of time today writing, and have not much time nor matter to write, however I thought a word might encourage you. Do what you can to keep the people together there till I come." Teed then continues in his belief; "There will finally be an influx into Estero. We have had a great many applications from different parts of the country from people who desire to come to Estero to live, but I have thought best not to encourage then till they are better acquainted with our purpose. I ought to be there myself when people begin to flock toward the New Jerusalem."
