Big news! The Kinghorns of Garfield Pl. have sold their house at #28. — Letter from Nell _____ to Laurie Bubbett — Rutherford N.J. to Miami Florida.

This postal card has an address on the front with "Estero Florida" crossed out and the address, "891 E. 88th St., Miami" written in. The card talks about the Kinghorns moving from 28 to 37 Garfield Place, which is their "Mother's house". The writer says "We spend the evening with Claude and Elizabeth shortly after their marriage in their really lovely new home —— complete in every detail." She goes on, "I think I shall like E. immensly." (sic).
